Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proper unboxing proof (video) must be provided

Open Box Delivery Policy (Mandatory)

To ensure a smooth return process, we have a strict open box policy:

  • Please record a clear unboxing video while opening your package
  • The video must start before opening the package and clearly show the package condition
  • The video should show all sides of the package and the product inside
  • No claims for damage, missing items, or incorrect product will be accepted without a proper unboxing video

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received, we will process your refund:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • If cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items without unboxing video proof
  • Products purchased during sale or clearance
