Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Incorrect product delivered
To be eligible for a return:
- You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- Proper unboxing proof (video) must be provided
Open Box Delivery Policy (Mandatory)
To ensure a smooth return process, we have a strict open box policy:
- Please record a clear unboxing video while opening your package
- The video must start before opening the package and clearly show the package condition
- The video should show all sides of the package and the product inside
- No claims for damage, missing items, or incorrect product will be accepted without a proper unboxing video
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received, we will process your refund:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- If cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened products
- Products without original packaging
- Items without unboxing video proof
- Products purchased during sale or clearance
